Over two sacred days, His Holiness Serbian Orthodox Patriarch Porfirije will join us in prayer to consecrate the College Church dedicated to the Nativity of Christ — a holy space rooted in centuries of Orthodox tradition — and the laying of the foundation stone for Stage 3 of our school. These are not simply ceremonial moments; they are profound expressions of our commitment to preserving our Orthodox faith, our Serbian identity, and passing on both — strong and unbroken — to future generations.

About St Sava College

Located in Varroville in south-west Sydney, we educate both girls and boys, forming future generations grounded in faith, knowledge, and the enduring values of the Christian faith.

In 2026, we embark on an important next chapter. We started with 29 students five and a bit years ago, growing incrementally each year. In 2027 our enrolments will have grown well into the 300’s. The construction of new classrooms, a multi purpose hall and sporting facilities all to need to be provided. This is not simply expansion; it is an investment in the future of our children. And that future starts today!
