When and where is the fair being held?
The fair will be held on Sunday, 21 September 2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm at St Sava College, Varroville.
Do I need to buy tickets to attend?
Entry to the fair is free for all! Some activities, rides, and food stalls may have a cost.
Are ride passes available?
Yes! All-day ride wristbands will be available for purchase on the day or in advance at a discounted price. Single-ride tickets are also available.
Will there be food and drinks?
Absolutely! There will be a wide variety of food Stalls and trucks offering snacks, meals, and beverages.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on-site. There will also be designated drop-off zones near the main entrance. Donations upon entry are welcome.
Can I bring my children?
Definitely! The fair is a family friendly event with a dedicated Kids Zone, rides, face painting, and entertainment for all ages.
Are pets allowed?
For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that pets stay at home, unless they are registered assistance animals.
What payment methods are accepted?
Most stalls accept cash and card payments. Ticket booth will be available on the day to pre purchase vouchers.
What happens if it rains?
The fair will go ahead rain or shine! Some activities may be modified depending on weather conditions. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
What prizes or competitions are happening?
There will be a major raffle with exciting prizes, plus competitions sports challenges throughout the day.
Will there be a first aid station?
St John’s Ambulance will be stationed near the quick shade area by the carpark and rides.
How can I volunteer?
We’d love your help! Parents, carers and community members can sign up to volunteer for a time slot or activity via the “Get Involved by clicking here”.

Visit the Information/volunteer booth area and speak with any of our friendly organisers for assistance.
