Nebojsa Dugalic is back! Following his appearance on St.Sava College social media and website, an overwhelming number of people voiced their delight at hearing and seeing what Nebojsa had to say about what is currently the most serious undertaking of our Church and community in Australia.
This time, Nebojsa crosses the highway (no traffic noise) and enters into the grounds of Zica Monastery, a holy place he literally grew up in. Nebojsa’s home is a stone’s throw away from the Monastery and he knows the monastery well. With its resplendent architecture and frescoes, Zica is an historically significant monument. But it is much more than that, for it has continued as a place of unceasing prayer for more than 800 years. If and when you visit Serbia, a trip to Manastir Zica is a must.
St Sava was the first Archbishop of Serbia, and it was in Zica Monastery that he established the centre of church life for Serbia and the entire region. St Sava continues to guide his children down the PATH TO LIFE and Nebojsa’s heart warming message from the very place St Sava shepherded his flock, is a great encouragement for us all, as we slowly work to bring the building project to its completion.
God Bless you all.
